ATTENTION PARENTS: Please read the notes below before registering your child(ren).
REGISTER FOR CAMP NOW. REGISTRATION IS LIMITED!
HOW TO REGISTER:
- Click on the Register link below to register. (You may have to login or create a family account first if you do not already have an account.)
- After selecting which weeks (or the "All 7 Week" option) you would like to register for, it will give you two options to pay.
- Check Out Online: (Some age groups are filling up. This option has been turned off to ensure that we do not exceed capacity. All registrations from this point on must be done via the "Print a Registration Form" option listed below)
- This option will immediately register you for this program.
- You will be charged a transaction fee for credit/debit card transactions. The fee will be 3.5% of your total amount or a minimum of $3.00.
- If the program is full, it will place you on a waiting list.
- Print a Registration Form:
- This option creates an invoice/registration form for you to mail or bring in with payment (cash or check made out to Town of Fishkill).
- Please keep in mind that this does not secure your spot. Your seat is not secured until payment is received.
- A copy of your child's immunization records are required for camp.
- Please send in or upload a copy of your child's immunization records.
- Additional Options to submit payment and your immunization records:
- You or your child's Pediatrician can fax the document to 845-831-3069. NOTE: You must have an account that we can upload your document to. If you do not have an account, please create one at CREATE MY ACCOUNT.
- Contact Lauren at 845-831-3371 or email@example.com to schedule a time to drop off your payment & immi records.
- The drop box located in the vestibule at the Town Hall is open 24/7. Insert the check and immi forms in a sealed envelope, labelled "Fishkill Recreation." Use the Drop Box Map to find the location of the drop box.
- Please do not take a phone picture of your child's records. They tend to come out illegible.
- Payment plans are available. To setup a payment plan:
- Register your child by following the instructions above for Printing a Registration Form.
- Mail or drop off your registration form with a deposit ($75/week) made out to Town of Fishkill. If you would like to pay your deposit with a credit card, call Lauren at 845-831-3371.
- Contact Lauren McMenamin at firstname.lastname@example.org to setup a payment plan for the remaining balance.
- 100% (see "Credit Card Refunds" below) refund will be given if you cancel on or by June 1st. After June 1st, no refunds will be given as we have already hired all of our staff, purchased our supplies, etc.
- Credit Card Refunds: Please note the "Merchant Service Charge" can not be refunded no matter what the reason.
- SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS: You can claim our camp as child care on your taxes. Please print and save your receipts or remember that you can print your receipts through your online account at any time.
- We prefer everyone to be registered by June 1st to allow us to prepare accordingly.
- There is a $25/camper/week late registration fee for all registrations after June 1st.
- After June 28th (1st day of camp), registration for an upcoming week must be completed by Thursday!
- This is all pending availability. Once we reach our maximum capacity, a waiting list will be developed.
